Joining Psi Chi is Simple!

Fill out the application form here and the registration card here. Check to make sure you meet the criteria for membership. This application is fillable if you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat. Otherwise, print out the forms and complete the application.

When all your materials are completed, please bring them to the Psychology Department main office (Education 487) and drop the forms, along with your check, (There is a one time $50 fee for life time membership) in the Psi Chi box. For Distance Education students, please mail your application and fee to the the following address:
