The line break tag just causes a new line to be started
like this.
Using Anchors In Your Document
You can also cause text to be highlighted to indicate an anchor to
another html file on any machine with a WWW server. For instance, the
following example will retrieve a document named "HTMLPrimer.html"
from the computer running a web server at "www.ncsa.uiuc.edu", if the user
selects the highlighted text that says "Beginners Guide to HTML".
