CMPO PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE

Pedestrian & Bicycle Planning

The Cache Metropolitan Planning Organization (CMPO) is proactively seeking to address current and future pedestrian and biking issues in Cache Valley by conducting a Long Range Pedestrian and Bicycle Plan. This plan will be an element of the overall Long Range Transportation Plan. The study will identify potential routes, impediments to walking and biking, policies and standards, and plan recommendations.

The Study Team, including members of the community, is hosting an informal Open House about pedestrian and cycling issues. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 10th, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm. It will be in the Commons Room at the Whittier Community Center, 290 North 400 East in Logan. The intent of the meeting is to get input from the community about pedestrian and bicycle needs and issues.

If you have any questions about the pedestrian and bicycle plan or Open House, please call Jon Nepstad or Robin Cohn at Fehr & Peers,801-261-4700, or Tom Fisher at the CMPO at 753-3631.

We hope to see you there!
