My Art

Drawing is a faily new hobbie of my. Like most kids, I have doodled from time to time, but never because I thought I was any good at it. My attitude towords drawing began to change in my senior year at High School. I needed to fill the gap in my schedule left when I dropped out of a class and the only course available to take its place was Drawing I. Well, I didn't know what to expect! I knew I couldn't draw very well, but I did the best I could. To my surprise, I found out that you can learn how to draw just like you can learn how to drive or use a new program. I know that I will never be a professional artist, but learning the basics of drawing has enriched my life.

Below are some of the pictures I have drawn over the years. At the moment, I only have scanned the pics I made during my art class in High School and after, but I hope to add earlier works as I find them.

	This was the first picture I drew for that High School art class. I think it is interesting to see how my style is evolving over time.

	(HSC) In this class, every Friday we were assigned a drawing to do over the weekend. The drawing usually could be of anything we wanted, although sometimes the idea of the pic was assigned. I love to draw animals so I usually drew pictures of the wild cats.
	The next series of pictures were created to tell a story. I may someday write the story itself out, but for now it just exists in these pictures. I have tried to keep them in the order they would appear in the story. I have not completed all the pictuers for this story but I will add them to this page as I do.




















	This is the last pic I have done for the story, at least, so far. ^_^
	The rest of these pictures were just made to experiment with various drawing styles.
